YouTube has Connected us to Vegas

I guess you can say we started our lives in Vegas. No, we didn’t live in Las Vegas, but this was where we took one of our first vacations together. We got married in Las Vegas and we visited any chance we had. We grew up with Las Vegas as our “home away from home” and have seen it change so much over the years as we also changed and grew. So it just made sense that we would start documenting things about the city we love.

What I didn’t expect going into creating a YouTube channel is how much we would learn about the city, it’s history, and all that it has to offer. As we have been looking for things to show in Las Vegas, we have discovered new interests and sights that we may not have explored had we not been trying to seek out content for YouTube. For example, our livestreams in Las Vegas have us going to Fremont Street, which we weren’t as interested in before YouTube and therefore we rarely went there. But now as we explore with the viewers, we learn from those who frequent Fremont about what they love; casinos, restaurants, attractions. And what do you know, we are now fans of the downtown area!

We are staying at different hotels frequently and learning a lot about their histories and the features that make them unique. We have tried new restaurants and trying to figure out which cult favorites we like best. It is safe to say that in the short time that we have created content on YouTube in Las Vegas, we have completely diversified ourselves in how we see the City and what we do while we are there. We hope to continue that trend and bring you exciting content along the way!
